Nancy M has a spectacular aura about
joining military? having a career after that?

Before I had asked a question about joining the military. That they would be able to help me with a nursing career now I’ve done my research. And I always wanted to be a teacher but I was afraid it was not going to be on demand? I still think about the nursing but I don’t want to start nursing and regret it. I still think I want to go the military but I don’t know.

one of my JROTC teachers got me to get information about the Army ROTC and that there is a 4 year scholarship but I am not shure. I know its not easy but I'm so lost any suggestions or comments? Thank You!

what is your question exactly.. if you dont know which one you want to do i would say sign up for the military and if comes down to it you can decide while you are in what you want to do and go for it.. i would suggest you trying to get in the army as a medic because if you want to go into nursing that will help you and if you become a teacher knowing the things medics knw isnt a bad idea either..

You can do both. I personally would do the nurse thing in college, do your 5 year stint as an officer and while you are in take some education courses. If you do not want to be a nurse after you have tried it, then you have the bases covered. On the other hand, you can still have the army pay for your degree in education and do your time in the military and get out be the most highly demanded teacher out there. Good luck and go with what you really think you want to do.

the Army greatly prepares you for a career afterward , but teachers will always be in demand along with nurese the only difference is you can enlist to be a nurse and have a couple of yrs. in the field enlisted is an LPN.
