Is this question in regards to the USA, the world in general, or another country like France? Anyways it looks like the answer is most definitely B. Any time you have an increase in production, generally an increase in wages follows and thus a reduction in the cost of living considering you either have more money or the money that you have was more valuable than it was previously. You can also consider that as a result of the war, deaths of the soldiers would increase the supply of housing, property, and pretty much everything else (since they were no longer around to consume) thus lowering the prices since demand had not increased along with supply. |
