confused about career!?

Hi, I'm 18 and i'm a senior in high school. I am going to college in the fall but i am still confused as to what kind of career I would like. First, I wanted to become a psychologist, but i heard it is fairly difficult for psycholigists to find jobs in my area, and I also heard that people talk bad about them.
Then, I wanted to become a pediatrician, but the whole medical school and above average grade ordeal is not for me! I am too afraid of the stress! It would be great if any one had any opinions/options for me? I want something that pays fairly well. I mantain good grades but not above average. I am very hard working and once I am focused i will keep my mind to it, but the way people describe medical school sounds way to difficult for me and I just don't need the debt and the stress.
So any excellent paying careers anyone can suggest for me besides fields that involve medical school?i think $50 dollars an hour and up would be pretty decent....thanks!

go for multimedia and animation....... u will end up in T.V. commercials development, cartoon development, special effects for movies, company product designing, a bit of fashion, cartoon artist and caricature art (caricature artist earn 4 to 10 dollar in 5 min by sketching 1 person). u need not to study much but should be hardworking and should deal with drawing and painting stuff.....

i am doing so..........

Most colleges offer some courses on helping you figure out what you would like to do, and how you need to get into the field. I would recommend taking one of these the first semester along with generals. Take as many science courses as you think you can handle the first semester so you are ready to go if you choose a science oriented major. If you go into something else you will have the general science credits taken care of. Many people change their mind on what to do when they are half way through their program. Don't worry about it to much, but try to figure it out before your senior year of college.
When I took the class we had to look up pay, benefits, vacation, work load, and what it took to succeed in it. We also looked at what type of people we were and what type of people we would work with.
Good luck!
