Pre-Employment Drug Test - Can they Detect Gender?

Was curious if it's possible or even legal for a company to detect gender from a urine analysis if someone was to substitute a different gender's urine for a pre-employment drug test.

We use to do these at my work where I was a supervisor and saw how the test worked. If they do it in house, at the job site, then definently not. But, if they send it out to a lab, they could, but won't look for that. It costs too much money to run all the differents types of tests. The company has to pay for these, so they will just do the drug, and if anythign happens, they tested you and are covered.
