| 36 too old to start a graphic design career?
I want to go back to school, take two year course in graphic design, to be... er, a graphic designer. I'm 36 with an ancient degree in Illustration (graduated AGES AGo, from one of the top art colleges in the U.S.,) have VERY spotty work history in unrelated field(s), and zero experience as a graphic designer. Am I too old to get hired, if i take the two-year course/ learn to use Adobe suite/ graphics software, & get a portfolio together? (by the time I graduate, I'll be 38, or 39!-- blink, and i'll be 40!-- 40!) lol--What happens to a dream deferred?
