| Pre-employment tests?
I had a back injury 2 years ago, im fully recovered now. I was offered a job from a local machine shop, anyways they made me take a maximum lift test as a pre-employment test. I passed the test with a very good score. I called them today and they said i was denied the job because of my back injury even though they have my lift test results..what can be done about this?
