samiah89 has a spectacular aura about
WILL SOMEONE PLEASE HELP WITH CHEMISTRY!!! NEED BEFORE 10 pm!!!?

This was a titration lab that we did for Ca and water to form Ca(OH) 2 and H2 gas and then HCl was added.
Okay so I read the lecture notes and the lab manual but still can't figure this out
the first question is:1. Complete and balance the following chemical reactions
a) Ca(s) + 2H2O -----> ?
b) Ca(OH)2 + 2HCl ----->
the two reactions can be combined to get the net chemical reaction that shows the initial reactants and the final reaction products after the titration is completed. WRITE THE NET IONIC REACTION.

2. If some of the calcium metal remains unreacted when the titration is begun, the following reaction would occur as 6 M HCl is added:
Ca(s) + 2HCl(aq) -----> CaCl2(aq) + H2(g)

Would this cause an error in the titration? If so, would more or less HCl be required

3. Discuss why acid-base titration is the correct method to use for this experiment.
