A really good team vs A Team with Good Chemistry?

Let's look back at the 03-04 Season when the Laker team had Kobe, Shaq, Malone, and Payton. Those are four hall famers. But when they reach the NBA finals against the Pistons. It seemed like the Pistons had really good chemistry. This lead to the defeat of the LA Lakers. So my question is which is a better team a team with Chemistry or a team with really good players.

I'd go with better chemistry. For example the Denver Nuggets have a lot of talent but they just don't go well together for some reason and they don't play D. So that's why they're still fighting for a playoff spot in the west. But on the other hand the detroit pistons have the same amount or perhaps less talent than the Denver nuggets, yet they are on top of the eastern conference. My point here is that talent can only get you so far but chemistry is something that'll make you a contender.
