chemistry no conversation?

You know, I have to be honest. When it comes to a working relationship (for me) there needs to be a mixture of chemistry and also of good conversation. I need to feel drawn to the guy in order to be affectionate and intimate (chemistry) BUT I also have to be able to have a really good conversation with the guy. Flirting, a little teasing, but also steady, interesting communication. What is the problem you ask? That with only a couple of exceptions, I usually end up having great conversations with a guy but no physical chemistry. OR, even worse in my book, I end up with great physical chemistry but no common interests and therefore, no good conversations. Personally, I lose interest in the chemistry and the guy if we end up with nothing to talk about (nothing worse then awkward silences).

Hey there,This is not an uncommon situationa and a lot of people experience it.You are right a relationship needs both. The person doesn't need to be devastatingly attractive but there must be a certain ammount of chemistry and who wants to be in a relationship where there is no interesting conversation. You sound like an intelligent person so the convo part should never be a problem on your side.Good luck I hope someone who fits the bill comes along soon.Cheers...
