I need help making a graph for my chemistry work.?

I have all the data that I needd, the time, distance and the speed. It's about the viscosity of three differnet oil when it is heated up and put in th refrigerator. How exaclty would I make the graph, distance and time, time and what oil i used, oil used and time. I really need help.
