DO we have Chemistry or I'm I reading too much into this???

I have a guy friend who works offshore. When he comes home, he comes to my house at least once before he leaves again and helps me out around the house. We have had sex in the past, I thought things would change between us but, it didn't. However, now he has a g/f that seems jealous of him helping me out. She also seems real clingy when I am around. I notice that he will look at me when I am around and when I turn to look at him, he turns away. I also have noticed that we have great conversations & eye contact. I like to get all into his "personal space" and he doesn't flinch. I also call him "babe" sometimes & he never corrects me. Do you think that he really has a crush on me and has told her about it or that she has seen it and that's why she acts all jealous & clingy? Do you think that he secretly loves me and is scared to admit it? Sometimes when he is here, he acts nervous but, we never run out of things to talk about. What do you think???
