| Chemistry Help: Copper has a density of....?
Copper has a density of 8.96 g/cm^3. An ingot of copper with a mass of 57 kg (126 lb) is drawn into wire with a diameter of 9.50 mm. What length of wire (in meters) can be produced?
[ Volume of wire = (?)(radius)^2(length) ]
I tired but I'm just not sure if I got the right answer. I know you have to find the volume of the wire first and I'm not sure even I did that right.
Please show or explain how you get your answer the best you can..thank you so much!
