Nonenclature (assigning names to compounds and elements in chemistry) HELP!!!?

Nomenclature, the process of assigning names to compounds and elements in chemistry, is one of the many factors that make Chemistry confusing. Write a two to three page paper describing the nature of nomenclature in chemistry and the history that goes with it. Students are encouraged to focus on the following:

1. The elements of the periodic table

2. Inorganic Compounds and the simplicity in naming them.

3. Organic Compounds and the difficulty in naming them. (Along with the system created for naming them.)

4. Special names: Oxidation and Reduction
