| Chemistry conductivity of solutions problem. Help? I'm a bit confused as to how to begin on this chemistry problem. I'm generally pretty confident with chemistry but this one I'm clueless on. If 50.0g/L solutions of each of the following were made, which would be the best conductor of electricity? Show all your calculations and explain your choice. NaCl, MgCl2, FeCl3, LiNO3 The only thing I think might be the way to do this problem is to create net ionic equations, and the compound with the most ions would be the most conductive, but I'm uncertain if this is the best way of tackling the problem. If someone could explain how to do this with steps, I'd appreciate it. The best answer will be rewarded. |
