Mathew B has a spectacular aura about
a few easy chemistry questions true or false please help!!!?

Please put true or false for the following questions only if you are sure of the answer and you really want to help me, thanks so much to all who answer!!!:

1) A neutral atom carries electrical charge.

2) Most of the mass of the atom is made of protons and neutrons.
