What are two reasons why the percent yield of copper in a chemistry lab is less

than 100% & greater than 100? Can someone PLEASE help me? I have a Chemistry lab report due on Monday morning and I am stuck on these 2 problems. Even if you cant give me an answer at least lead me to a reliable website than can guide me to an answer. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!!!
