| Coast Guard Boot Camp Graduation Requirements Question? I am enlisting in the Coast Guard...and figured that it would be very good to start swimming lessons before hand so I can swim the 100 meters. I just don't know how long you have to do that. So, if anyone knows the up-to-date length of time you have to swim the 100 meters, can you let me know so I can tell my swimming teacher? Thank you so much!!      |

| Figure 5 minutes and go from there, you can ask your recruiter and find out. They will know how long you have to be able to do 100 meters. Marines have to be able to do it with full gear and weapons, so you might want to find out what your going to be required to have with you while doing the test also. |
