| I didn't know it was an actual amendment to the constitution. But i really dont believe that it's right. Breach of privacy is a big deal. If information is able to be attained, then anybody can get it. It's that simple. Hacks and Viruses are only found After they have been used. Thus after they have been used it's too late. Screw the people some more. Wait how about in the middle of all this we flex the 'Credit Score' fad. Get millions of people to submit all of their personal financial information over the internet to any of a random of companies, then watch as anyone of those companies experiences a Security Breach and millions of people wind up even more screwed than they already are. Makes me sad. |

| Were you aware of the fact that The Department of Homeland Security was created post 9-11? and that it has in fact taken away many of what was previously considered to be, "absolute", constitutional rights??? For, e.g; that through the Patriot Act, also, post 9-11, you no longer have a right to privacy on your computer/internet, or a right to privacy on your cellular telephone, as those are not considered to be, "a reasonable expectation", to have privacy on those devices?
