Generally, no you cannot.

The military will only pay to move family members, if the school is atleast 26 weeks long.

Almost all schools are shorter than 26 weeks.

You could pay to move yourself and get an apartment off base.

But your husband will be under restrictions while at School, and won't be allowed off base for the first 30 days.

Then, he would need permission, to move off base with you, which is not guarenteed.

It's usually best to just wait untill he finish's school and then move with him to his first duty station.

If you just have to see him, wait unbtill the first 30 days of school are over and he's allowed off base, and go visit him for a weekend.

absolutely not. The IT "A" School is the only one that allows dependents to travel along because its 27 weeks long.
