Bias study shows illegal alien crackdown will cost too much, so it must be

"reviewed" by Homeland Security???? I quote this information from the online article itself:
"Belzer, a former economist with the Office of Management and Budget, looked at overall costs and multiplied the average costs by the number of employers in each category. He also used the Homeland Security's estimates that 2 percent of legal workers a year would lose their jobs because they can't resolve the Social Security mismatch.

That adds up to between 37,000 to 137,000 unable to get work. Belzer estimated their lost wages would be from $8 billion to $37 billion."

It continues to state because of this study by Belzer, Homeland Security will need to review it to see if it should be implemented. My point is what does Homeland Security have to do with the Budget required to implement a government project. If it is unlawful, it should not have been able to proceed to the point it is at now. It also says (further in the article) that it will cost citizens if illegals lose their jobs. A bogus study? What do you think???
