My husband is going to the US Coast Guard, boot camp. I HAVE SOME QUESTIONS?

1-While he is there, if he is going to get paid?
2-How much? Can we use own our check back account, so I can pay some bills?
3-Which bank do you recommend is better?
4-After when he can use cell phone?

1. Yes
2. No idea how much; direct deposit can be arranged.
3. Without knowing where you are or your needs, this is impossible to answer. If accessible, I'd recommend USAA; but I don't think they do regular banking.
4. No idea; this will be determined by the training schedule and commander. Weekend evenings after the 2nd week is a best guess.
