United States Coast Guard Guns?

What job in the coast guard uses small arms (pistols, shotguns, machine guns) and what kind are they?
I heard they replaced the Beretta M9's with SIG SAUER .40 S&W Pistols...H&K's are pretty good guns, if thats what they are...

I have a friend in the USCG that works an explosive detector dog and I believe he carries a H&K .40 cal.

USCG has many law enforcement jobs and are an important part of the Dept. of Homeland Security.
