By now most of us are aware that the U.S. Navy is going to shoot down that big...

...useless satelite that...? ...poses a threat to the earth at 9:30p (ET) today. My question is, how can something blow up in outer space when there's no oxygen in space? All the computer animations on the big networks show an explosion when the missle hits the satelite, but is this possible? Doesn't fire require 3 elements: heat, fuel, and oxygen??
