How much do you get paid at the coast guard training?

I am most likely joining the coast guard reserves. I was wondering how much they give you during training say as an enlisted and officer. Im not infor the money by any means, but am just curious. Per week? Per month? They have a chart online but i don't understand how it goes.

You would get active duty pay while in training for the Coast Guard. An E-1 starting out in basic training will receive $1,347.00 a month during basic. You get paid twice a month, once on the 1st and again on the 15th. After you graduate basic you will be an E-2, but if you are going in the Reserves you will receive reserve pay. As an E-4 I get about $250 a month, so for an E-2 on reserve duty would get less then that each month.

ann, as a e-4 if you are getting 250 a month, you need to talk to your yeoman. i think you meant 2,500 a month.
