IS Security clearance in Navy??

My recruiter told me about how if I had any direct relatives such as brother/sister/mother, etc... that aren't citizens would disqualify me from clearance. No problem there. However what he said shouldn't be a problem I found out from other sources may be. Both of my older brothers who I don't live with have married non citizens. Am I going to be screwed from my job in the navy now and not get clearance just because my brothers decided to marry girls from another country??? I mean there's nothing I can do about that!!
