Why are they moving our troops out of Kadena Air Force Base?

Can you give us a link to support your Question? Currently, personnel assigned to Kadena Air Base (not AFB) are restricted to base, work, off base quarters since February 20. This restriction is in response to the Japanese government investigating the alledged rape of Japanese girl by US Marine in Okinawa. The family has since dropped the charges and the Military is now investigating. A mainland "group has threatened to not only protest but harm US personnel/bases.
