How can I retrieve divorce records from Mildenhall England Air Force Base?

I can't call England from my home or I would call the AFB myself.

I need to get ahold of my divorce papers from years back and I believe my ex filed them here. It could have also been Lakenheath.

If anyone also has a way that I can call to the right place in England for divorce records, that would be appreciated.
It wasn't at a court house, My ex picked me up & took me to a place where I signed the papers on Mildenhall AFB. I went up to a counter & signed the papers & that was it, but I don't remember where this was at & I desperately need a copy.
