Question for all the COAST GUARD people out there? please answer!!!!?

I am looking at the OS rate for the coast guard, but I just can’t seem to get my fingers around it. I’ve been reading about the job, but that isn't enough for me I want to hear about the OS rate from someone that is an OS or knows enough about it...here's a couple things I would like to know about the rate… what is the OS lifestyle like, does the OS's work on cutter's or on land, how much air traffic control is there, what is the primary job for the OS's and how often do you have to work over night?

Dude, don't go OS. seriously. they advance fast, but that's because after four years everybody ditches because they hate their jobs.
Look into the new IS rate. trust me. i know about six or so OS's that are jumping ship into IS.
