I am considering joining Coast Guard Reserves...does reserve training...

...qualify as work experience? I am in the process of switching from a paralegal career (boring) to something more exciting (Intelligence)...will military training and education carry over to qualify for future employment in a law enforcement or public affairs capacity?

the coast is not gonna be in the department of defense for long there getting switched to homeland security.. if you want real excitment join the Navy or Marines
