| how many hours of community service do you get for a false police report?
the officer didnt want to give me the citation its my first offense and i filed the report cuz i lost my bookbag but i found it the next day i was afraid that they would be pissed at me so i didnt say anything but they ask me to provided a detailed list so i gave it to them but after i did i told them that i found it so he wrote the citation im a college student that scared out of my mind cuz i have never been involved with the law the officer called the DA for me and explained the situation to her so i take it that that is a good thing. but if anyone has any info or advice i would love to hear it oh and this happend in north carolina in orange county
