If I go for a plea bargain, where I do community service and probation, would

the charge show up on my record? If I were to plead not guilty to misdemeanor embezzlement, then ask for a plea bargain of community service and probation, would the misdemeanor be cleared from future background checks. Or would I just do the probation and still have a history

Its my first offense, I know I need a lawyer.
I meant guilty.. thanks first post for clearing that up

A plea bargain means you admit to the crime. You can't plead not guilty AND receive a plea bargain.

Yes it would show up on your record because to be on probation you have to have been convicted of something. You can get some misdemeanors expunged after 3 years if you don't get in any other trouble, but you need a lawyer to do this.

You will be admitting guilt so yes, it will be on your criminal record as such.
