| community service or life sentence? what do you think those girls deserve for beating the cr*p out of that poor girl? I heard she's in the hospital still, her eyesight and hearing is damaged bad. I would say life sentence.      |

| I don't think you could give them "life" for anything outside of homocide, but if I was the courts, I would say that "for all your life, you must donate a percentage of your income towards social programs that deal with bullying"...and that the parents of these kids, at least the ones who are (somehow) too young to be held legally responsible for the crime, will be footing not only the hospital bills but have to supplement the poor girl's income for the rest of her life. All those of legally responsible age need to be doing jailtime too...not just community service |
