Probation-Community Service?

Okay this is the deal I am on probation for 1yr and the judge ordered me to do 50hrs community service and said i had to do ten hours a month but i have seven month to complete my 50hrs.
Yea i know i am already confused. Also will the probation officer send me back to jail for skipping community service my first month. My thinking is i can do my 50hrs community service between April-October right?

yes, but my advice would be start doing in now, just in case circumstances change in the latter months. You never know what will happen and what will come up. Dont put it off

Unless you have an really good reason I would start on my community service ASAP. Yes the probation officer holds your freedom in his hands and they don't like to have their patience tested. Believe me brother in law is a PO. Just start on it and get it over with. Trust me when i say that you don't want to test your probation officer patience.
