| Well, read the instructions first. If it is asking for goals, you need to ask yourself what you want to do. It really isn't that hard of a question. Just think about your dreams and what you can see yourself doing. As for volunteering - what do you want to do? Once you answer that, think of organizations that fit into that line of thinking and look up their policies and procedures.      |
