| Alternative Community Service on future job prospects? I am going to court soon for a first offense minor theft charge with a clean record. I've been told that ACS (alternative community service) will most likely be the result of our case. My question is in regards to my record. If that happens, will I maintain this record which would hurt my job prospects incredibly. Can I have it expunged or is getting ACS equivalent to pleading guilty? I am only worried about my future job prospects and paying a fine is not a concern. |
