extracurricular activities for college?

right now i am in a club at my school called key club, not involved. what else can i do besides those community services that looks good?

extracurricular activities for college?

Try to mostly get involved in school. This is the BEST extracurricular. Join more clubs or organizations. Besides that, you may also help out in the community like working at the community center, police department, or something like that. If you help out at church, this also counts as extracurricular activities.

The most important thing is quality over quantity. Join a few but try and rise to a leadership position such as secretary, treasurer or president. Colleges don't want to see you are loading yourself down with so much that you don't have room for what it the most important thing in college - study.ThanksBill

extracurricular activities for college?

go volunteer at an animal shelter once or twice a month. as long as you go that often, you can say on a resume or application that you volunteered there from the date you first started to the date you last did work. so you might only work 20 or 30 days at the shelter, but on an application, you can say you volunteered there for a whole year. looks good w/ minimal work leaving more time for other clubs
