Can I surely get into any one of these colleges with a 2.8 gpa?

Courses: (In my junior year)CP Physics - 79AP Chemistry - 71AP US History - 88AP Calculus - 72Honors Spanish III - 87Honors Lang - 89GPA - 2.8I have a good amount of community service and I am involved in several clubs and I am on the cross country team..I know that these aren't the best to work with....but I really don't want to end up in a community college...here is what I'm aiming for:1) Georgia State2) SUNY Albany3) University of Miami4) SUNY Binghamton5) Georgia TechAlso, is there a way I can get colleges to look at my senior grades also? I am sure I will do really well if they do
