Can you win an appeal for a deleted response when the question has also been deleted?

Is this even possible? If so how does that all work out? Is this situation even addresed in the Terms Of Service or Community Guidelines?I have won at least 90% of my appeals and last month or so, it seems to be getting done faster than it used to. To anybody who thinks appealing is a waste of time, I gotta ask how long has it been since they tried it? If they have done it recently and are consistantly losing their appeals then there are probably valid reasons their content is being removed. If somebody is harrassing you or trolling your account, then appeals NEED to be filed so overall assessment can be made of situation and troll/stalker can be exposed. YAs can not do anything about problem users who have not been reported and exposed. I would also suggest stating your case on the YAs blog and/or forum.

Great question!From what I understand - the answer will be restored (and your points returned). However, since the question is gone - you will not SEE the returned answer.So all that will appear to happen is a refunding of the points that were taken from you

A reply from Yahoo regarding an appeal is a 100 to 1 shot let alone winning.Meaning: Yahoo think there always right.

You can win an appeal and get your points back but your response won't be visible because the question is gone. If anything I would still appeal because if you get too many not only are your accounts suspended or deleted but you lose standing in reporting and if there's someone out there who is being evil, they need to be reported.
