Transfer AKA Aspirant!?

I have been to three different schools in the last three years, my GPA has stayed high (3.6) and I have ample community service but just not any REAL campus involvment because I have never really been settled at one school. Will this affect my chances of being accepted into the MIP stage if none of my community service has been done on campus?
