| Is this good enough for good colleges?
I'm a freshman who's going to be a sophmore next year.-My GPA is 3.7 out of 4.0, but I am not in any AP classes.-I take kickboxing classes.-I'm in Key Club (school and community service club) and D.A.R.E.-I take Japanese lessons at a language school.-My job is doing some work for a realtor, so I know a bit about that stuff. What else do you recommend I do, if there is anything else?

Where are you applying and what is your intended major? College is a horrible crap shoot if your GPA is less than 3.85. There are so many factors that can come into play. Your best bet is to get those grades up, take and do well on the PSATs and do extremely well on the SATs. Diversify your extracurriculars and make sure you can WRITE an exceptional essay. Good Luck.

You're only a freshman, no need to worry yet. Ask this question in a few years when you are a jr/sr. Build up your resume and keep up the good grades and you'll be all set for college.
