would i get into ucla?

i really did pretty bad my sophmore year.GPA: 3.57 both semesterwith 2 AP classes, 1 H class-extracurricular: water polo, swim, if i bring my grades up for my junior year. say maybe a 4.5+and SAT scores of 2100 and 100+ hours of community service, would i still have a chance at getting into UCLA or UCSD?

Probably not, but if you improved in your junior year like you said, and maybe did some more community service, you would have a reasonable chance.Hope this helps, please don't take offense.
