If you are required to appear at court and don't go. A judge will issue a warrant for contempt of court.

If you don't show proof of completion of all of the requirements, they will issue a warrant and arrest you. Finish up and get it in there even if it is late. It shows you tried...

Good question....if you were scheduled to go to court then yes more than likely, your always suppose to go to court when its dealing with anything criminal. You might want to look into that.
