well we have our own business and I can tell you of course that customer service is a huge priority for any business. Of course if your clients are happy that will be good for business. However, I can tell you that it is not always easy because Muslims often expect you to do things for them which are unrealistic or even just plain wrong. My husband is a physician and he has his own walk in clinic. Its one of those places where you do not need insurance because you can pay by cash or check for example. Most of the problems we have, I am sorry to say are fro km our Muslim patients. they can pay, but they do not want to for example. They do not have insurance, but their brother does so they want us to bill it as if their brother came in (which is insurance fraud). They want prescriptions for controlled substances over the phone without coming in to see the Dr because they do not want to pay for the office visit (also illegal). And then when you do not do it for them, they get mad and talk about you behind your back. Just thought I would give you the flip side
