Can I motion for jail time or community service in a Civil case?

A judge granted someone a false restraining order on me. What makes it hard is that we live 15min from each other. I'm scared to eat at my fave restaurants, go dancing, walking along the river, or even drive because he could be around and I'd get arrested. I want to motion for motion for jail time (like a few hours, days, or even weeks but NOT more than a month or up to a year)

Is this possible with a civil matter? I'd rather do 100 hours of community service or a week of jail just to be free and unafraid of the petitioner's mood swings.
