| Probation? Jail? Community Service?
I got caught in school with prescription pills in a bag. I also had a list of what I had with the amount in the bag so I would not take too many at one time. they were intended for me but people found out that I had them and told the principal that I was dealing. they also said that I had weed and percocets on me (which I didn't). I was arrested and charged with possession and also possession on school grounds. I am 16 and have a clean record. what will my punishment most likely be? will the fact that the people lied and said I had things on me that I did not be taken into account in court?
