Community Service completion letter needed - I Need suggestions by MONDAY...PLEASE?

I need a letter stating that I've performed 20 hours of community service. I thought the elderly people that I take to their doctor appointments would be enough, but the judge will not accept a letter from a "family"... it must be from a non-profit organization on the company letter head. I have the letter head, but want the letter to sound legitimate. Does anyone know how the letter is worded so it does not draw any suspicions? I PRAY that someone can help me!!!!
