community service ideas?

I'm a sophomore in high school and need 120 hours to graduate. I already have 60 but they are easy to complete so I'm not really worried about completing hours. I just really want to help out the community in a different way so don't say something like go to a soup kitchen or hospital because I've done it all before. I want to start my own community service project just to help out the community. Can you please give me some ideas on how I should start my project and what I should do? Thanks a lot.
