| The sarbanes oxley act was good for share holder faith restoration but is...
...it really fair on corporations ? The main thing what i want to know is...... just because of some rotten apples like Enron and WorldCom do you think the whole corporate world should suffer with such stringent regulations.....I would really appreciate if you could please give some diadvantages of Sarbanes oxely act of 2002.
