LLC (limited liability corporation) question?

My husband is thinking of converting his side business (sole prop.) to an LLC. I understand the difference between the two and the concept of an LLC. What I am confused about is whether we should choose to have an attorney, accountant or business planner set up our LLC. Thanks all information is appreciated.
