American Express raised my limit to 20k w/o my permission....is this bad for credit

score? Other creditors may view this as potential debt? I charge about 500-1200 per month and alway pay in full each month. I have had Blue since it came out in Spring 2001. They started me at 2k credit limit back in 01 and have raised it slowly to 20k over the last 7 years.
BTW its a Blue Cash card.
